Be Kind To Your Mind
Home Bound Health Care will be here to offer this Free presentation to senior
citizens. This hour long educational experience will discuss, how well do you
know your brain?, Memory and aging, improving mood and memory, challenging your
brain, the importance of laughter and more. Prizes, riddles, healthy snacks,
brainteasers, and riddles will make this an even more enjoyable program. The

on most school holidays. A parent
must be present to supervise. Cost is $1 per child. Call ahead to verify
times 630-365-6655. The gym is also available for private rental at $30 per

Room
and Gym Rental Gym/auditorium rental is $30 per hour and can be used for basketball, soccer, theatre, ballroom dancing, parties, recitals etc. Auditorium seats 200 people. Community Room rental is $20 per hour. Can be rented for meetings, class instruction, small parties. Room is approx. 770 sq. ft. Contact us today to schedule your event.

Waubonsee Community College offers Yoga classes from 8:00-9:00pm on
